J&W was built for the gap between them. We combine the technical rigour of a CA(SA) with the commercial instincts of a structured finance practitioner — training forged in big-firm Deals work and in the trade and invoice finance market, applied to businesses that have never had access to that thinking at a price that makes sense.
That means we don't just file your returns. We interrogate your working capital cycle, negotiate your terms, build the reporting you run the business on, and — when the time comes — structure the deal, raise the capital, or value the business you've built.
